臺中港離岸風電發展規劃
Offshore Wind Power Development In Taichung Port
 
為配合為行政院推動離岸風電於民國119年達3GW裝置容量之目標，臺中港離岸風電產業專區規劃如下：(如下圖表)

1. 碼頭及預組裝區：第1組裝區#5A、#5B碼頭2座暨後線相關土地約12.8公頃；第2組裝預備區#38、#39號碼頭暨後線相關土地約24.67公頃。
2. 國產化製造組裝區：#106號碼頭暨工業專業區土地約107.38公頃。

The goal of offshore wind power capacity by 2030 will be 3GW.
In Taichung port, the scope of offshore wind power development is：
1、There are two sections concerning turbine assembly terminal. One is at the areas of #5A, #5B wharf and the rear lands of them(12.8ha). The other is # 38, #39 wharf and the rear lands of them(24.67ha).
2、Localized turbine parts manufacturing： #106 wharf and the rear lands of them (5.1ha)and Industrial Zone (Ⅱ), total area is 107.38 ha.

#106碼頭   Construction of Wharf #106	重件碼頭長度100公尺(Heavy-bearing-capacity part: 100m)   一般碼頭230公尺(General-bearing-capacity part: 230m)   水深16公尺(Depth of water: -16m)	2018年完成重件段100公尺。Heavy-bearing-capacity part (100m): to be completed by Y2018   2019年完成一般段230公尺。General-bearing-capacity part (230m): to be completed by Y2020
工業專業區(Ⅱ)專業道路 Construction of public road and facilities on Industrial Zone (Ⅱ)	新建南北約2,600m道路、東西向700m道路、寬30m South-north road: 2,600m in length, 30m in width East-west road: 700m in length, 30m in width	2018年完成新建南北向道路。South-north road: to be completed by Y2018   2019年完成新建東西向道路 East-west road: to be completed by Y2019
