Changhua Coastal Park covers an area of 2,587 hectares since 1990, and its Hsienhsi District has been completed about 800 hectares of land reclamation and public facilities. The developments have been made in phases,  the land of which has been announced for lease/sale, including East #1 zone, East #2 zone, East #3 zone, West #1 zone and West #2 zone. As for the West #3 zone, the northern portion of which isolates the seawall, and the land needed for environmental protection purpose (15 hectares), the solicitation process got started in the beginning of 2017, and at present the development works are under construction.
