The total development area of the Litzer Industrial Park is 330.65 hectares, in which the land for the production businesses located east of the Provincial Highway No. 2 accounts for 196.33 hectares; the land for the reserved dunes, green parks, and public facilities accounts for 94.50 hectares; and the residential community, west of the Provincial Highway No.2 accounts for 21.51 hectares.
This park was redeveloped since 1993. To facilitate the effective use of funds invested and fit the manufacturers’ demand for land use, it has been developed in three phases. The land for the first phase is 121.43 hectares. The land for the second phase and the third phase is 64.65 hectares and 104.75 hectares respectively.
The areas announced publicly for rent and sale are 220.92 hectares, in which the part of the industrial area 201.74 hectares has been completely sold. The part of the industrial, residential community is 19.18 hectares, divided into two parts as north and south of the Xiaqing Road. It is currently for sale; interested parties can contact the company’s Litzer station or head office.
