The development of the Lunwei District is to be made by phases. The reclamation project will be implemented first, and then the public facilities construction follows after the reclamation work is completed. By March 2017, the western area of the Lunwei District has completed the land preparation work, the areas of which are about 744 hectares, but the portion of public facilities has not yet been implemented.
